Though our work often tends to focus on the moms and kids, Dads and other family members are always welcome and encouraged to get care, too. We think the healthiest families are those that see the world through the same wellness lens.
If mom is all excited about an exercise or diet plan that Dad does not recognize the merits of, it is unlikely that the kids will ever get the benefits, and so on.
Our care is always focused on meeting your goals… though even if your focus is your knee- we will still want to know about your diet, sleep, exercise, stress and so on…all things that contribute to total wellness.
